We are looking for a Client Delivery Support Administrator to join a local Financial Services firm. This team plays a vital role in supporting the client-facing engagement teams, ensuring efficient working capital management across all lines of service.
In this role, the successful candidate will assist Senior Managers and Managers with financial management activities such as WIP monitoring, invoicing, and maintaining engagement set-up details. They will also provide crucial support to the credit control function by following up on outstanding invoices, liaising with clients’ accounts payable teams, and ensuring accurate financial records are maintained.
We are seeking candidates with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The ideal individual should have a good understanding of financial management processes, the ability to interpret financial data, and excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal teams and external clients. Previous experience with financial data or financial analysis is desirable but not essential.
