We are seeking an experienced CFO to join the executive leadership team, overseeing all financial and procurement operations across a group of 15 companies in four jurisdictions.
Reporting to the CEO, this role is key to the Group’s financial performance and governance, focusing on a successful private equity exit in the next 2-3 years. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years’ experience as a CFO or Group Finance Director in a PE-backed business with revenues over £50m. Strong leadership, commercial insight, and expertise in financial reporting, forecasting, CAPEX control, debt management, and compliance are essential.
Experience in the energy sector and knowledge of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man regulatory frameworks are highly desirable. The individual will lead a team of 25 professionals, manage key stakeholder relationships, and drive strategic initiatives that deliver long-term value.
