This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and detail-driven CDD/Onboarding Manager to join our client’s dynamic and growing funds team in Guernsey. In this key role, you will take ownership of client onboarding processes, ensuring efficient, compliant, and seamless experiences for both new and existing clients. Skills You’ll Bring

  • Onboarding Expertise: Extensive experience managing end-to-end client onboarding processes within the funds or financial services sector.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of AML/CDD standards and Guernsey regulatory requirements.
  • Organisational Ability: Exceptional organisational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities with precision and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in managing internal and external relationships with confidence and clarity.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff to foster team development and skill growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the complete client onboarding lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for onboarding queries, promoting a smooth process.
  • Review and approve new and existing client documentation and transactions for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to streamline onboarding workflows.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client onboarding experiences.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in CDD, AML, or compliance within funds or financial services.
  • Deep understanding of onboarding best practices and Guernsey regulations.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset for solving complex challenges.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ICA, ACAMS) are desirable but not essential.
