Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for a Business Customer Support Manager to join a leading telecommunications provider.

 

 

The individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience to the business clients through the delivery of high-quality support service. As a team leader, they are responsible for setting the vision and direction, driving team performance and productivity, and ensuring that customer service standards are met and exceeded. The Business Customer Support Manager will manage a team of operations and support personnel who operate on a 24×7 shift pattern to provide round the clock availability, (The Business Customer Support Manager is not part of the 24×7 shift pattern personally but is required to organise the rota). The individual will also be responsible for the execution of the Company Major Incident procedure and internal awareness alerting mechanism along with the completion of major incident reports.
