We have a great opportunity to join a Trainee Programme for a leading bank in Guernsey.
As a trainee, the responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops. During the traineeship, the successful candidate will learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. They’ll get to know the nuts and bolts of the company’s functions and operations.

• Understand each department’s daily processes and goals.
• Provide administrative support.
• Assist with tasks and projects wherever possible.
• Take notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learnt.
