A well-established bank is establishing a new Project and Change Delivery function to drive business transformation and deliver strategic initiatives. We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst to play a central role in shaping this capability.
The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements, map and improve processes, and support the delivery of effective, compliant solutions. From facilitating workshops to translating needs into clear specifications, they will ensure projects meet business goals while enhancing operational efficiency and client service.
Ideal candidates will have substantial experience in business analysis within the financial services sector, showcasing strong problem-solving skills and a solid grasp of regulatory requirements. They must be able to navigate compliance frameworks and drive innovative solutions, while also possessing excellent communication and analytical abilities for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
