A leading international law and professional services firm is seeking a qualified Associate to join their Financial Services Regulation team in the Jersey office.
This role is ideal for a lawyer with strong technical skills and experience advising clients on a broad range of non-contentious regulatory matters. A working knowledge of key financial services sectors, such as banking, insurance, securities, fintech, or investment funds is essential. Experience with contentious matters, investigations, or sanctions-related issues is a plus.
The successful candidate will be UK or Commonwealth-qualified with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience, ideally gained at a top-tier domestic, international, or offshore firm. They will have a proven ability to work on complex matters, deliver high-quality advice, and respond quickly to client needs in a fast-paced environment.
