Key Responsibilities

• Support back-of-house and front-of-house operations for a smooth and efficient workflow across in-house and outsourced activities.
• Coordinate maintenance, security, health and safety, and space planning initiatives, ensuring compliance and creating an optimal working environment.
• Serve as the central point of contact for employees and service providers to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations.
• Enhance client experiences through event support in collaboration with the Business Development team.
• Drive innovation and implement continuous improvements to enhance processes and both employee and client experiences.
