We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Administration Team Leader to deliver outstanding administration services to key client relationships.
In this role, the successful candidate will manage and develop a team of administrators, ensuring high-quality outputs and efficient processes across board packs, minutes, filings, and client reporting. They will use their technical expertise and industry knowledge to support complex client needs, maintain compliance, and drive continuous improvement. Strong leadership skills are essential, as they will be responsible for team performance, appraisals, and talent development.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Table 4 qualification (e.g., CGI or STEP Diploma), have at least six years of industry experience, proven supervisory ability, and a strong understanding of finance industry regulations, systems, and client accounting.
