We’re looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join a local Financial Services firm as an Assistant Manager. Based in Guernsey, this contracted role involves the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of complex fiduciary structures, ensuring high standards of client service.
As Assistant Manager, the successful candidate will collaborate with client managers and directors to provide professional service and work with external stakeholders like investment advisers and auditors. They support management tasks, mentor junior members, and oversee routine training. Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate administration, managing invoicing and debt collection, maintaining client records, overseeing FATCA and CRS reviews, and addressing audit actions.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will need prior experience within a regulated finance or professional services environment, strong organisational and supervisory skills, and a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA. They should also be confident using technical systems, demonstrate strong communication and leadership qualities, and show a genuine commitment to your professional development.
