- Client Management: Proven ability to manage complex fiduciary structures and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely workflows across all client files.
- Technical Awareness: Strong understanding of KYC, AML, CFT, GDPR, local trust laws, and related legislative frameworks.

What You’ll Do
- Lead client relationship management from onboarding to lifecycle completion.
- Collaborate with Client Directors on entity management and fiduciary decision-making.
- Ensure regulatory filings and compliance requirements are met on time.
- Provide insights into market developments and maintain technical expertise.
- Support internal projects and identify cross-sell opportunities within the team.
What You’ll Need
- 5-10 years’ experience managing HNW international families and structures.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
- Comprehensive knowledge of trust & corporate laws and asset classes (investments, property).
- Experience working effectively with industry professionals and third parties.
- Commitment to CPD and maintaining up-to-date technical awareness.
