What You’ll Do

  • Manage all aspects of the company registry and ensure compliance with timelines.
  • Oversee data integrity in the core database, ensuring alignment with Jersey standards.
  • Lead operational projects to enhance efficiency and innovation.
  • Support banking relationships and platforms.
  • Assist with data protection registration processes.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant role, ideally within the Trust and Company sector.
  • Proficiency with submissions via the Jersey Registry.
  • Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • A sound understanding of Private Wealth/Corporate Services operations, including cross-jurisdictional settings.
  • Project management skills with the ability to work independently.
