We are looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Manager to join join a leading financial services firm. In this role, you will be responsible for administering a complex portfolio of fund and corporate structures.
The successful candidate will support the supervision of workloads, mentor junior team members, delegate effectively, and step into management responsibilities during any absence of the manager or senior manager. They will also play a role in billing processes, debt settlement, and performance management through regular feedback and appraisal support. The individual will manage queries proactively, ensure accurate execution and recording of all activities, and act as an authorised signatory in line with internal policies.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a funds environment at assistant manager level, with a strong background in fund administration and company secretarial work. They should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of client service standards, and strong technical knowledge of financial services, AML/KYC, and regulatory requirements.
