We are working with our client, a highly regarded fund business based in St Peter Port, Guernsey, to appoint an Assistant Manager, Co-Sec. This is a permanent opportunity to play a key role within our client’s team, supporting the delivery of high-quality company secretarial services to fund structures and helping ensure strong governance and compliance across their portfolio.
Skills
- Company Secretarial Support – Assist in maintaining statutory records, preparing board packs, and supporting meetings to help ensure accurate documentation and smooth governance processes.
- Attention to Detail – Carefully review documentation and records to help ensure accuracy and consistency across fund entities and corporate structures.
- Organisational Skills – Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and meeting requirements to support our client’s team in delivering timely and efficient Co-Sec services.
- Communication Skills – Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, clearly sharing information and following up on actions to support effective operations.

What you’ll do
