Our client, a leader in Private Capital services within the fund sector, is seeking an Administrator/Senior Administrator to support their growing operations. Skills You’ll Need:

  • Attention to Detail: Ensure impeccable accuracy in managing client data, payments, and documentation.
  • Effective Communication: Exhibit high-quality verbal and written communication when interfacing with colleagues, clients, and 3rd party providers.
  • KYC and Regulatory Knowledge: A strong understanding of KYC, AML, GDPR, and compliance regulations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with NavOne, document management systems, and core Microsoft Office applications.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams and wider stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage client structures by following workflows and established procedures.
  • Oversee client data updates and ensure accurate records management.
  • Coordinate bank account documentation and payment processes in line with compliance standards.
  • Act as a point of communication with 3rd party providers to execute client tasks effectively.
  • Maintain Continued Professional Development (CPD) to support your technical growth.
