Administrator – Global Capital Market

We’re working with a leading international financial services provider that is expanding its Capital Markets administration team in Guernsey. Due to continued growth and a rise in client demand across the Channel Islands, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing operation in a highly specialised area of finance.

This role will see you supporting a diverse portfolio of clients, from standalone SPVs to complex multi-programme structures across a variety of jurisdictions. The team has particular expertise in debt capital markets, including structured finance, asset-backed securities, and synthetic securitisation.

As an Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of each structure – from incorporation and transaction setup to the day-to-day administration and final dissolution. You’ll also play a key role in delivering company secretarial, director, cash administration, escrow, and trustee services, with strong support from an experienced management team.
