We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join the Funds and Corporate Services team in Jersey.
In this role, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients and assist with the day-to-day administration of fund, corporate, and managed business structures. Key responsibilities include maintaining statutory records, coordinating board meetings, processing transactions, preparing investor communications, and supporting compliance and client due diligence processes. They will also help coach junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in fund or corporate administration, be studying towards a relevant professional qualification, and possess strong organisational and communication skills.
