We’re working with a global financial services firm that is looking to expand its Corporate Services team in Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some experience in the financial services sector who’s ready to step into a client-focused, development-driven role.
You’ll assist in the administration of a portfolio of multi-jurisdictional structures, gaining hands-on experience in corporate governance, secretarial support, and statutory compliance. From drafting board minutes to maintaining accurate records and handling day-to-day transactions, you’ll be an integral part of a collaborative team.
