What You’ll Do
- Administer private equity and real estate client structures, ensuring all regulatory and fiduciary requirements are met.
- Liaise with external advisers (lawyers, accountants, tax advisors) and internal teams to resolve client matters.
- Prepare accurate minutes, file reports, and maintain detailed client records.
- Support invoicing, fee collection, and collaboration with the Accounts Team on portfolio queries.
- Participate in professional development initiatives and internal projects to enhance your career trajectory.
What You’ll Need
- Background in regulated finance, fiduciary, or client-facing professional services.
- Organisation and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities efficiently.
- Prior experience handling private equity or real estate client structures (preferred).
- Knowledge of Guernsey’s regulatory framework and fiduciary standards (preferred).
- Motivation to advance your career through professional qualifications (e.g., STEP, Chartered Governance Institute).
