Our client, a leading firm in corporate services, is seeking a driven and organised Administrator to oversee the day-to-day management of a mixed portfolio of client structures, including private equity and real estate investment entities. Based in St Peter Port, Guernsey, this hybrid role offers exciting opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and innovative environment.

Core Skills You’ll Need

  • Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in handling client records, correspondence, and statutory filings.
  • Organisation: Manage a varied portfolio and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Client-Focused: Provide exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and adept use of related tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and partners effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer private equity and real estate client structures, ensuring all regulatory and fiduciary requirements are met.
  • Liaise with external advisers (lawyers, accountants, tax advisors) and internal teams to resolve client matters.
  • Prepare accurate minutes, file reports, and maintain detailed client records.
  • Support invoicing, fee collection, and collaboration with the Accounts Team on portfolio queries.
  • Participate in professional development initiatives and internal projects to enhance your career trajectory.

What You’ll Need

  • Background in regulated finance, fiduciary, or client-facing professional services.
  • Organisation and multitasking skills to manage diverse responsibilities efficiently.
  • Prior experience handling private equity or real estate client structures (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Guernsey’s regulatory framework and fiduciary standards (preferred).
  • Motivation to advance your career through professional qualifications (e.g., STEP, Chartered Governance Institute).
