We have a great opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator ( Service Delivery Team ) to join a leading specialist outsource provider of innovative IT solutions.

 

The duration of this contract will be between 3 – 6 months and has scope to become a permanent role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephone Support: Serve as a primary contact for incoming client calls, addressing inquiries, and logging tickets promptly and accurately.
  • Ticket dispatch and project coordination: Efficiently dispatch and coordinate tickets to appropriate technicians, ensuring timely resolution of client issues.
  • Client communication: Engage with clients to schedule service appointments, communicate updates on ticket status, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
  • Administrative tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, and maintaining client records to support smooth service delivery.
