Maintenance Assistant ( 9 Months FTC )

Job Description

We have a great temporary position as a Maintenance Assistant to work for Guernsey’s leading coordinated Mechanical and Electrical contractor firm.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Client Contract Manager with all administrative tasks relating to the execution of Maintenance contracts.
  • Manage relationships amongst stakeholders by building confidence and trust with clear professional communication and transparent expectation management.
  • Creation and submission of all Maintenance Reports in the client portfolio.
  • General housekeeping of Maintenance folders and Contract Management system.
  • Responsible for Invoicing all Maintenance work.
  • Communicate effectively with Maintenance Engineers and clients in order to deliver a quality service to all clients.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and assist with the preparation of meeting agendas.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and provide notes and minutes back for Management review.
  • Assist the Maintenance team, contributing to an efficient workflow.
  • Ad hoc projects and general office administration support, as needed
