Victor Mendonca

Senior Consultant

Victor joins AD as a Senior Consultant, bringing over four years of recruitment experience in Jersey’s private sector. Before moving into recruitment, he built a successful career with RBS International, where he held a number of roles across business banking and operations, giving him valuable insight into the local financial services market.

Born in Jersey and raised in Madeira for part of his childhood, Victor returned to the Island at 17 and has since developed a strong network and deep understanding of the local business community.

Outside of work, he enjoys keeping fit, following football, playing the piano and spending time with family and friends.
