We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Claims Handler to join a local Insurance Company.
Primarily the successful candidate will be dealing with motor claims, handling them from start to finish. This will include investigating the circumstances of the incident and progressing the claim accordingly, dealing with customers and brokers, suppliers (such as motor engineers and repairers) and third party insurers to ensure the company achieve the best possible outcomes for customers.
The role will focus on analysing the unique facts of each case, then using skill and judgement to decide on the right course of action.
