Senior Manager Corporate & Funds

An exciting London opportunity to support the expansion and day-to-day running of our client’s UK Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) Operator and regulated fund services business. This is a highly visible, client-facing position working across UK, Channel Islands and international fund and corporate structures, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and playing a key role in governance, oversight and commercial growth.

What you’ll do

• Oversee governance and oversight of UK fund structures, including delegated functions and reporting.
• Support development and delivery of UK Operator and AIFM service offerings.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for new and emerging fund managers.
• Manage relationships with fund sponsors, investment managers and key intermediaries.
• Support FCA engagements, regulatory submissions and ongoing compliance.

What you’ll need

• Minimum 5 years’ experience across UK fund services or related AIFM/Operator/ACD environments.
• Demonstrable understanding of UK fund structures and FCA requirements.
• Track record of delivering fund launches and strong client servicing.
• Experience partnering with emerging managers, sponsors or promoters.
• Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
