An exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to support strategic projects, operational improvement initiatives, and organisational change programmes within a leading financial services environment. Working as part of a Change team, you’ll help drive business transformation, improve processes, and deliver measurable outcomes across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements for strategic projects.
- Facilitating workshops to identify, validate and prioritise stakeholder needs.
- Supporting the delivery of change initiatives and operational improvement programmes.
- Tracking and measuring project benefits, including efficiency gains and process improvements.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.

What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in Business Analysis, Change, Process Improvement, or a related discipline.
- Relevant Business Analysis qualifications or demonstrable professional experience.
