Are you an experienced professional with a passion for customer due diligence (CDD) operations? Our client, a highly regarded organisation based in the heart of St Peter Port, Guernsey, is looking for a Manager to join their team on a fixed-term contract. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact in banking and contribute to operational excellence and efficiency.

 

What you’ll do

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our client’s CDD team, fostering a culture of high performance and compliance.
  • Implement and maintain robust CDD processes in line with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to support customers’ onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes.
  • Identify operational efficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage key stakeholders and ensure accurate, timely reporting to senior management.

What you’ll need

  • Experience within the banking or finance sector, particularly in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of customer due diligence and its regulatory implications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for operational enhancements and risk management.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
