What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, with a strong service and people-oriented focus.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification and familiarity with First Aid at Work.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management expertise.
• Organisational resilience and the ability to prioritise under pressure.
