Yacht Management Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Yacht Management Administrator to join the Yacht Management team on a permanent basis in Malta. This role will support both the yacht management and wider yacht services teams with a range of administrative and financial tasks, working closely with the client services administrator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include daily and weekly reconciliations of various client accounts, processing and posting invoices, managing yacht charter accounts, handling crew payroll, and overseeing social security matters. The role will also involve producing financial statements and audit reports for Malta-based ownership structures, as well as providing support to and cover for the client services officer when needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, an A-level or equivalent qualification, and a strong understanding of accounting principles. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication, both written and verbal, are essential. We are looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
