Job Description

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Wealth Planner Associate / Assistant Director to join a leading provider of wealth planning, structuring, fiduciary and administration services.


Key duties will include:

  • Working closely with the Client Services teams in order to provide guidance on complex trust structures, portfolio restructures and the preparation of technical correspondence.
  • Managing internal client and assets acceptance procedures, preparation of necessary documents for the clients and structures on-boarding, interaction with compliance, legal and wealth planning colleagues with respect thereto
  • Participation in wealth planning reviews of the existing fiduciary structures
  • Preparation of trust-related documents for setting-up new fiduciary structures and implementing changes in the existing fiduciary structures in close collaboration with relevant Wealth Planning team members group-wide
  • Liaising with client advisors (including lawyers, accountants and other advisors) in relation to client matters / structures, and reviewing / implementing written advice provided
