We are looking for a Trust Officer to play a key role in managing the administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures for a local Trust sector Firm while ensuring high service standards and regulatory compliance.
This position involves overseeing administrative and clerical tasks, maintaining strong relationships with clients and intermediaries, and identifying business development opportunities. The successful candidate will also review investment and financial reports, contribute to staff training, and support the ongoing development of the Trust Administration team.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in fiduciary services and be qualified or working towards a relevant professional qualification such as the STEP Diploma or NVQ4. A strong understanding of fiduciary services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively are essential. They should also have experience supervising staff, a commitment to professional development, and a proactive approach to maintaining best practices within the team.
