We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to join a client-facing team in St Peter Port, Guernsey. This is your chance to step into a permanent role where you’ll be entrusted with managing and administering a portfolio of clients within the trust sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee an assigned portfolio, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate with financial institutions for investment transactions.
  • Independently form limited companies and establish new trusts.
  • Assist Finance & Accounting by ensuring timely payment uploads and record updates.
  • Maintain statutory records and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a ‘B’ signatory, supervising document signings and supporting junior staff.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of trust and company structures.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with banks, legal firms, and intermediaries.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Experience mentoring and training junior team members.
