Trust Manager

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Trust Manager for a leading professional services firm. The candidate who takes on this role will provide leadership, oversee workflows, and support the team’s professional development.

In this role, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients while cultivating strong relationships with clients and intermediaries to identify new business opportunities. They will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, oversee team efficiency in completing daily tasks, and report key matters to senior managers and directors. Part of the role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, leading meetings, and mentoring the team through one-on-one sessions, goal-setting, and performance monitoring.

We are looking for a strong leader with a STEP, CGI, or similar professional qualification. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the industry, proven experience in fiduciary administration, and strong technical knowledge. They should have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive performance. A strategic mindset and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities are also essential.
