Trust Manager

A leading provider of private wealth and corporate services is seeking an experienced Trust Manager to join its team in Guernsey. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, managing a diverse portfolio of trusts, companies and other structures for international clients.

The Role:

• Oversee the day-to-day administration of a varied client portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to junior team members.
• Act as a ‘B’ signatory and support operational efficiency improvements.
• Attend client and intermediary meetings to deliver high-quality service.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in trust and corporate services.
• A recognised professional qualification (STEP Diploma, ICSA Diploma or equivalent).
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing an administration team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of fiduciary services, regulations, and compliance.
