Our well-established Client is currently seeking an experienced Trust Manager to join their dynamic team in St Peter Port, Guernsey. They are looking for a Candidate who can bring their expertise and leadership skills to oversee daily trust operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing high-net-worth client relationships.
As a Trust Manager, the successful Candidate will be responsible for mentoring team members and ensuring that exceptional service is delivered to the Firm’s clients. They will be required to be highly organised, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate should be able to handle complex situations with tact and diplomacy while maintaining a professional demeanour at all times. In this role, there will be the opportunity to work with a team of highly skilled professionals and build long-term relationships with clients. It will be expected to bring am array of regulatory compliance knowledge to the table and ensure that operations are in line with all applicable regulations.
