A well-established legal firm based in St. Helier, Jersey is currently recruiting for an experienced Trust and Corporate Manager to join their team.

As the Trust and Corporate Manager, the Successful Candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing new entity incorporations and will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, providing expert guidance on regulatory adherence, and preparing comprehensive reports for internal boards. They will be working closely with a team of professionals, ensuring the successful execution of all trust and corporate management activities.

To excel in this role, the Ideal Candidate must have a solid understanding of offshore structures, keen analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. They should also have at least five years of experience in trust/company administration roles and relevant qualifications.
