We are pleased to announce an esteemed career opportunity within a leading local firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey. As a key element of the firm’s ‘First Line of Defence,’ candidates will play a critical role in enhancing trust with the firm’s prestigious clients.

In this position, the successful candidate will perform detailed analyses of client structures, assessing fiduciary and operational risks. They will conduct thorough reviews to ensure strict adherence to internal procedures and best practices. Utilising critical thinking skills, the candidate will develop strategies for relationship managers to address identified issues and pinpoint potential risk areas, maintaining high fiduciary standards.

To be successful, the ideal candidate should have four to five years of experience in offshore trust company administration, alongside exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, as is an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills and effective time management will be necessary to complete tasks efficiently.
