A leading firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. In this role, candidates will be responsible for administering a diverse portfolio of companies, trusts and private funds.

The successful candidate will be handling a range of administrative responsibilities, from managing client queries and maintaining accurate records to supporting tax filings, investment transactions, and property deals. They will ensure timely billing, monitor debtors, and assist with credit facilities and guarantees.

We’re looking for someone with at least 1 year’s experience in the Trust & Fiduciary Services industry and who holds (or is working towards) a Table 5 qualification. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks are essential. Experience using systems such as Viewpoint and a proactive approach to client service will be key to success in this role.
