We are seeking a Trust Administrator to join a local Financial services firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, liaising with clients and third parties.
Key responsibilities include the day-to-day administration of trust and company structures, maintaining client records and statutory registers, preparing trustee and board minutes, and handling trust distributions, asset transactions, and expenses. The successful candidate will also assist with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, investment performance reviews, and the preparation of annual accounts. Compliance is also a key focus.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in the offshore trust industry and be studying towards STEP or ICSA Diploma. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. A proactive approach to meeting chargeability targets and supporting the wider team will also be important.
