Are you an experienced Trust Administrator looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated team within the thriving Fund sector based in St Peter Port. This permanent role requires someone with relevant experience who is eager to learn and develop further.

 

Key Accountabilities:
– Proactively refer complex issues to your line manager while suggesting potential solutions.
– Ensure client data integrity across all databases by identifying and resolving quality issues effectively.
– Uphold company policies and procedures, offering constructive feedback when needed.
– Collaborate seamlessly with other administrative teams within our business framework.

Skills & Expertise Needed:

  • International fiduciary structure servicing: You should bring prior experience dealing with international clients which will be crucial as we manage diverse financial structures globally.
  • Legislative knowledge: A strong understanding of trust & company legislation specific to local regulatory requirements ensures compliance throughout operations.
  • Communication skills: Your ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written is vital for internal collaboration and maintaining excellent customer relations.
  • Tech-savvy proficiency in Microsoft applications along with core operating systems aids efficiency significantly during routine tasks
