A leading trust firm is looking for an enthusiastic Transformation Officer to join the Transformation Department and help drive positive change across the Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about process improvement, data, and technology.
In this role, the successful candidate will support transformation initiatives by developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards in Azure Data Lakes, introducing AI to manual processes, and working with teams to implement more efficient ways of working. They will also assist with data analysis, process automation, and provide training to end-users.
We’re looking for someone with strong Power BI skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive mindset. A relevant qualification (or working towards one) is preferred, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with support as needed.
