We are seeking an experienced Transfer Agency Administrator/Senior Administrator to join an esteemed local firm in St Helier, Jersey on a permanent basis.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including banking, transaction processing, and client service, and will need to have a good understanding of the transfer agency practices. As a Senior Administrator, the candidate will also be expected to conduct daily reconciliation of cash accounts with precision. They will be required to provide expert support to team members and liaise with clients to ensure the delivery of exceptional service standards.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in banking, transaction processing, and client service. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. They will be required to accurately process trades for offshore funds, manage fund distributions, and maintain shareholder registers and investor documentation. The candidate should also have in-depth knowledge of Property Funds awareness, Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and OneNote.
