Trainee Technical Claims Handler

We have a great opportunity for a Trainee Technical Claims Handler to join a leading insurance company in Jersey.

Key duties will include:

• Be responsible for the management of their own case load including complex and large loss claims.
• Be a technical resource within the claims teams working closely with the team to assist with referrals in respect of claims, providing expert guidance in line with Claims Handling policies and procedures.
• Provide payment authorisation support.
• Provide complaint handling support.
