Trainee Tax Associate

We’re seeking a motivated Trainee Tax Associate to join the Jersey team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while pursuing a professional qualification and working with a diverse portfolio of UK and Jersey clients, including traders, high-net-worth individuals, offshore trusts, and property structures.

Reporting to the Tax Director, the successful candidate will support the team with client onboarding, data collection, preparation of tax returns and computations, billing, and administrative tasks. They will also assist in maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

This role is ideal for a graduate or school leaver with strong organisational skills and a keen interest in tax. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential. The individual will benefit from on-the-job training, mentorship from experienced colleagues, and the opportunity to develop their skills further.
