A Financial Company in Guernsey is looking to expand it’s Client Due Diligence team and is seeking a Trainee CDD Analyst and a Senior CDD Analyst. These roles provide an exciting opportunity to gain insights into clients’ financial worlds while ensuring regulatory compliance.
As a Trainee CDD Analyst, the candidate will receive full training and support as they learn how to review CDD and EDD documentation for new accounts and trigger events, apply risk-based decisions, carry out electronic verification searches, and assist with remediation projects. This role is ideal for someone with a good academic background, strong attention to detail, and a keen interest in compliance and financial crime prevention.
The Senior CDD Analyst role is suited to an experienced compliance professional with at least three years’ experience in CDD or a similar function. In this position, they will handle more complex queries, perform four-eye checks, support the team with workload oversight, and help drive improvements in processes and knowledge sharing. Both roles require excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
