We are looking for a driven and organised Trainee Operations Administrator to join the growing and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to gain broad exposure across operations, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
In this varied role, the successful candidate will handle general administration such as data input, travel arrangements, diary management, document handling, and internal communications. They will also support the operations team with internal reporting, process improvement, and training delivery. Additionally, they will assist on projects involving data management, policy updates, facilities coordination, and interdepartmental collaboration.
The ideal candidate will be educated to at least A-level standard, with some experience in financial services or office administration. Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. A willingness to learn and an interest in developing within an operations function will be key to success.
