Trainee Fund Administrator

We are seeking a Trainee Administrator to join a leading Financial Services firm and support the administration of Real Estate and Private Equity Funds. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop a career in fund administration while gaining hands-on experience in client management and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include assisting with client relationship management, handling call and distribution notices, investor documentation, and cash management tasks. The successful candidate will be involved in the coordination of company secretarial duties, maintaining investor records, and supporting the set-up of new clients. Additionally, will work closely with banking processes, payment systems, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML policies.

The ideal candidate will be educated to at least ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, with a willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification. They should have strong communication skills, excellent organisation and time management abilities, and the confidence to work both independently and within a team. Proven computer literacy is essential, and training will be provided on internal systems, controls, and procedures.
