Our client in St Helier, Jersey, is looking for a Trainee Fund Administrator to join their team. This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in the fund sector. Candidates will gain exposure to various fund structures and support senior staff.

As a Trainee Fund Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for processing payments, managing investment transaction documentation, assisting with due diligence efforts, preparing board meeting materials, and maintaining client records. They will also ensure that all timesheets are completed daily and follow our internal risk management protocols.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. A-Level qualifications (Grade C or above) are required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel, is essential. They should have the ability to independently manage their workload, prioritize competing responsibilities, and contribute collaboratively towards team goals and objectives. They should also remain flexible and adaptive even under tight deadlines and maintain composure amidst shifting demands.
