We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Fund Accountant to join a dynamic team from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to begin a career in fund accounting within the venture capital industry.
As a Trainee Fund Accountant, candidates will receive training to understand various clients and fund structures. The successful individual will assist in preparing accurate client deliverables, such as quarterly management accounts and annual audited financial statements. Additionally, they respond to audit and tax requests, address client queries, and maintain accurate accounting records.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills. They should be comfortable working under pressure, highly organised, and eager to develop their technical knowledge. Strong computer literacy and problem-solving abilities are essential, and an interest in the financial services industry is a must.
