Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for a Trainee Corporate Administrator to join a leading independent provider of fiduciary and administration solutions.


Key duties will include:

  • Answering phones, photocopying, scanning, faxing, preparing emails, letters and spreadsheets in conjunction with Administrators.
  • Liaising with clients and intermediaries and implementing their instructions once approved by a Senior Administrator.
  • Preparing on-line payments and appropriate bank instructions.
  • Preparing necessary documentation for the incorporation or dissolution of companies and establishment or termination of Trusts.
