A Global Company is looking for a motivated Trainee Compliance Assistant in Guernsey. This role offers a chance to be part of a dynamic Compliance team, helping maintain and develop effective Compliance and Countering Financial Crime frameworks across the business.
In this role, the successful candidate will support a wide range of operational compliance activities, from assisting with compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting to maintaining key registers and reviewing customer due diligence. They will also play a part in investigating screening alerts, preparing reports, responding to regulatory requests, and helping embed a strong compliance culture throughout the company.
We’re looking for someone with up to a year’s experience in an office or compliance role, ideally with some knowledge of the Guernsey finance industry. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organised, and keen to build their skills, with a willingness to study towards a relevant qualification.
